After placing an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details and provide shipping information. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

You can check the status of your order and access our shipping guide anytime, 24/7, through our online Order Status. Simply log in with your Estuty account and password to view a summary of your past orders. This summary includes your order number, the date and time of order placement, the current status of your order, and tracking information for shipped items.

1. Shipping and Delivery Estimates

  • The ‘Ships’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. It’s important to note that the items on your order will ship as they become available.
  • If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. Delivery times will vary depending on your destination.
  • If your item is backordered or pre-ordered, we will provide an estimated shipping date before you place your order. If you choose to pay by credit card, please note that we will not bill you until your order is ready to ship.
  • If you have ordered multiple items with different ship readiness dates, please be aware that you may receive separate shipments.
  • Depending on shipment and delivery conditions, your order may ship when all items are ready to be dispatched.
  • The ‘Delivers’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it has been dispatched.
  • All estimates use business days.

 

2. Free Shipping Eligibility

  • The free shipping offer for orders exceeding US$79 applies solely to orders fulfilled and shipped by Estuty Store, excluding bulk orders, gift redemptions, and oversized items. This offer covers shipping fees and excludes any customs and handling fees where applicable. Please note that this offer is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Undelivered Packages 

  • If the carrier returns a package to us as undeliverable, we will issue a full refund, including shipping charges. If you still wish to purchase the undeliverable items, you’ll need to place a new order. Please ensure your address is accurate before confirming your order to avoid any issues.

    When purchasing items as a gift for someone else, it’s advisable to inform them about the upcoming delivery. This proactive step can help minimize confusion and reduce the likelihood of the recipient refusing the package.

1. When can I expect my order?

  • Once we hand over your order to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. Delivery will take 2 to 10 business days after the order has shipped. To track your order:

    1. Log in to your account and select your order.
    2. Go to ‘Delivery Method’ to view your shipment delivery information.

    If your order has shipped, you will see a link to your shipment delivery details, including the estimated delivery date.

2. Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?

  • During checkout, you have the option to select a shipping address that differs from your billing address. Please ensure that either you or an authorized representative is available to receive the delivery. For security reasons, we are unable to deliver to a PO box.

3. Do I have to be available at home to pick up items upon delivery?

  • For the safe delivery of your products, Estuty Store recommends that either you or an authorized representative be available to receive the delivery.

4. Can I change my shipping address?

  • Upon submission of your order, it is promptly sent to our warehouse for immediate shipping. Consequently, we cannot make amendments to your order. If your package cannot be delivered successfully and is returned to the warehouse, a credit will be issued to your payment method.

5. I will not be home on the scheduled delivery date.

  • Since our carriers mandate a signature upon delivery, they will leave a calling card if you’re not available at home. You can then arrange a new delivery appointment by contacting the carrier.

6. Shipping Destinations

  • Estuty ships to over 30 countries worldwide. However, we do not deliver to freight forwarders. To confirm if Estuty serves your country, please consult our International Store Directory.

7. Duties & Import Taxes
